개인정보처리방침
주식회사 이케이투어(이하 「회사」, 서비스명 비버)는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지키며, 고객님의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 처리합니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보 항목

2. 처리 목적
- 전세버스 견적 상담과 견적 안내(문자·이메일)
- 견적 문자 발송을 위한 휴대폰 문자 본인확인
- 운송 계약의 체결·이행: 배차, 운전기사 확인 연락, 요금 결제와 정산, 증빙 발급
- 문의·불만 처리와 분쟁 대응, 재문의 고객의 이전 상담 확인
- 부정 이용 방지와 사이트 보안, 접속 통계, 광고 효과 측정
3. 보유 및 이용 기간
처리 목적을 달성하면 지체 없이 파기하며, 아래 기간이 지나면 파기합니다.
- 상담 대화와 견적요청 정보(휴대폰 번호·이름·이메일·요청사항): 상담일로부터 1년
- 견적 안내 문자·이메일 발송 기록: 발송일로부터 1년
- 견적서·계약서·대금결제 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법 — 계약·청약철회, 대금결제 기록)
- 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록: 3년 (전자상거래법)
- 세금계산서 등 거래 증빙: 5년 (국세기본법)
- 접속 기록(IP 주소): 3개월 (통신비밀보호법)
4. 제3자 제공
회사는 고객님의 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 운송 계약 이행을 위해 아래와 같이 제공합니다.

6. 국외 이전
서비스 운영을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보가 국외로 이전(보관)됩니다. 이전은 정보통신망을 통해 상담·접수 때마다 이루어집니다. 국외 이전을 원하지 않으시면 AI 상담 대신 전화(010-4968-6086)로 상담하실 수 있습니다.

7. 파기 절차와 방법
보유 기간이 지났거나 처리 목적을 달성한 개인정보는 담당자가 확인하여 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 지우고, 종이 문서는 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.
8. 고객님의 권리
고객님은 언제든지 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구하실 수 있습니다. 아래 보호책임자에게 전화·이메일로 요구하시면 지체 없이 처리합니다.
9. 안전성 확보 조치
- 전 구간 암호화 통신(HTTPS)
- 관리자 화면 접근 통제(로그인)와 접속 기록 보관
- 견적 금액은 문자 본인확인 후에만 표시
- 데이터 정기 백업과 서버 보안 업데이트
10. 쿠키와 브라우저 저장
- 방문 구분 쿠키: 같은 방문을 묶어 세기 위한 쿠키로, 브라우저를 닫으면 사라집니다.
- 화면 언어: 고르신 언어를 브라우저에 저장해 다음 방문 때 그대로 보여 드립니다.
- 광고 효과 측정: 네이버 검색광고의 전환 측정(네이버 프리미엄 로그분석)을 위해 네이버의 쿠키가 쓰입니다.
- 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키 저장을 거부하셔도 상담과 견적요청을 이용하실 수 있습니다.

EKTOUR CO., LTD. (the "Company", service name Beaver) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws, and processes your personal information as follows.
1. Personal information we process

2. Purposes
- Charter bus quote consultation and sending quotes (text message and email)
- Mobile phone verification by text message for sending quotes
- Conclusion and performance of transport contracts: vehicle dispatch, confirmation calls from the driver, payment and settlement, issuing receipts
- Handling inquiries, complaints and disputes, and checking previous consultations of returning customers
- Preventing misuse, website security, access statistics and measuring advertising effectiveness
3. Retention period
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose is achieved, and is destroyed after the following periods.
- Chat content and quote request information (mobile number, name, email, requests): 1 year from the consultation
- Records of quote text messages and emails sent: 1 year from sending
- Quotations, contracts and payment records: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Records of consumer complaints and dispute resolution: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Tax invoices and other transaction evidence: 5 years (Framework Act on National Taxes)
- Access records (IP address): 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
4. Provision to third parties
The Company does not provide your personal information to third parties, except as follows to perform the transport contract.

6. Transfer abroad
To operate the service, personal information is transferred to (stored) abroad as follows, over the network at each consultation and request. If you do not wish your information to be transferred abroad, you can consult us by phone (+82-10-4968-6086) instead of the AI chat.

7. Destruction procedure and method
Personal information whose retention period has expired or whose purpose has been achieved is checked and destroyed by our staff. Electronic files are deleted so that they cannot be recovered, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
8. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information. Please contact the privacy officer below by phone or email, and we will handle your request without delay.
9. Security measures
- Encrypted communication (HTTPS) throughout
- Access control (login) for the admin pages and retention of access records
- Quote amounts are shown only after verification by text message
- Regular data backups and server security updates
10. Cookies and browser storage
- Visit cookie: used to group page views of the same visit; deleted when you close the browser.
- Display language: the language you choose is stored in your browser and shown again on your next visit.
- Advertising measurement: NAVER cookies are used to measure conversions from NAVER search ads (NAVER Premium Log Analytics).
- You can refuse cookies in your browser settings and still use the consultation and quote request.
